Shipping processing times

All our products are made in small batches and are often made to order so please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping is available throughout Australia only.

Occasionally delivery delays can occur and One Mind One Body One You will not be liable for delays incurred due to Australia Post or other third party shipping providers.

Shipping rates

One Mind One Body One You offers complimentary shipping for all orders over $100.

For all orders under $100 we have a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping.

Damages

Should your products arrive damaged please make contact with One Mind One Body One You immediately. Please provide photos of the damages so investigation with our shipping partner can be completed. All damaged packaging and products should be saved in order to make a claim.

Replacement of damaged goods will be at the discretion of One Mind One Body One You.

Losses

One Mind One Body One You is unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses and One Mind One Body One You is not liable for any losses associated due to this. If your items are redirected back to One Mind One Body One You due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the purchaser the purchaser will be notified via email and responsible for any subsequent postage costs to repost items.

Refunds and Returns

One Mind One Body One You is unable at accept returns, refunds or exchanges of products due to the nature of our products being handmade in small batches.

In an order arrives damaged or is incorrect an offer of refund or replacement will be at the discretion of One Mind One Body One You. Please note delays in transit are not the responsibility of One Mind One Body One You and need to be dealt with directly with Australia Post.
